The
Aboriginal Youth Conference will be held on the Saanich Territory. The
conference site is at the Saanich Fairgrounds on the Saanich Peninsula.
The Saanich Peninsula area is located on the southern tip of Vancouver
Island near Victoria BC in Canada. About Saanich Peninsula (Area Population: 36,713) The beautiful rolling landscape of the Saanich Peninsula is dotted with farms, communities, parks, forests, lakes, and ocean inlets. Located just outside of the main city of Victoria. Two main routes run between Sidney and Greater Victoria: Highway 17, known as the Pat Bay Highway (15-25 minute drive), and Highway 17A (20-30 minute drive), also called West Saanich Road.
