5th Annual Aboriginal Youth Conference

Registration Fees Include
The registration fees include workshops & plenary sessions, daily refreshments, 2 Lunches, and Banquet & Entertainment on Fri. March 16, 2007. The registration also includes transportation to and from designated hotels in Saanich and Sidney areas (see Hotels information for more details).

Deadline to Register
The deadline for registration is March 2, 2007.

Cancellation Policy
When there is a cancellation, First Nations Training & Consulting Services will refund 75% of registration fee up to Feb. 21, 2007. Therefore, there are no refunds for cancellations received after Feb. 21, 2007. Please note, however, registration may be transferred to another delegate.

Early Registration Fee
Early Registration Fee payment must be received by February 2, 2007.
           $395 + $23.70 GST = $418.70 (20 yrs. & over)
           $195.00 + 11.70 GST = $206.70 (under 20 yrs.)

Regular Registration Fee
Regular registration fees apply those who register after February 2, 2007
           $495 + $29.70 GST = $524.70 (20 yrs. & over)
           $295.00 + 17.70 GST = $312.70 (under 20 yrs.)

Special Group Rate
Special Group Rates apply to group of four people including 1 Chaperone and 3 Youth and the special group payment must be received by February 2, 2007.
            $900.00 + 54.00 GST = $954.00

Payments
Please forward your Payment and Registration Forms to First Nations Training & Consulting Services by courier or by mail. Payments and Registrations Forms are not accepted by fax or email.

Contact Information
It is very important that we have a contact information for Delegates (youth), Chaperones. It is very important to indicate either a fax number or email so that we may send appropriate information and documentation to Delegates and Chaperones.

Special Dietary/Mobility Requirements
If anyone from your group Special Dietary or Special Mobility requirements, please indicate this on your registration form and we, from First Nations Training & Consulting Services will be sure to assist you in whatever way we can.

How Did You Hear About The Conference
We find your feedback and information about you heard about the conference valuable. We would appreciate your indicating how you heard about the Youth Conference. Please indicate this on the Registration Form.

Transportation Required
Please indicate on your Conference Registration Form that you require transportation throughout the conference~to and from hotels, to and from conference.
